What's up everybody, Nick here. I'm writing this blog as we are headed to Iowa for some shows this weekend and it is burning up outside and inside our RV!!!! The RV doesn't really have that great of an AC unit. Actually to be honest, it sucks! If anyone reading this has a lot of money and wants to help us out , we could really use a bus about now! Anyway, having no AC aside, I'm just excited to be out playing shows. It's what this band is all about. We are living the dream as they say!
This week I had a few "firsts". I just had my first demo session as a writer for Warner Chapel and I couldn't be more excited. It went great! I can't wait to hear the songs when they're all finished. The band played on the demo along with a few buddies of mine, Derek Wells and Steve Sanatra. Those guys are the best of the best! Also It was really cool to be in the studio the same day our 1st record was released digitally. Kind of a full circle moment for us. You can get the hard copy in September. I hope you have had the opportunity to download the album. If you haven't, what are you waiting for!! Kidding! Seriously, its amazing, I promise you wont be disappointed! I was told yesterday that we hit number 12 on the iTunes Country Albums chart. That's pretty cool. I really do hope people enjoy what we have worked so hard to create for you!
