    The Dirt Drifters are getting ready to play in Baton Rouge, Saturday, May 7th at the Varsity Theatre and checked in with the Baton Rouge Advocate to talk about music and the show!  Check out the article...

    Nick Diamond, a member of the Warner Bros.-signed country band, the Dirt Drifters, played drums at his dad’s Baton Rouge church. Worship at Redeeming Life was extremely musical.

    “It was a two- or three-hour service,” Diamond said from his manager’s house in Nashville. “Kind of like James Brown in the Blues Brothers movie. The band played for an hour-and-a-half.

    "Something Better" Just For You!

    Hello, everyone!

    Last week, we were honored to have our very first music video make its debut on CMT. You may have noticed, the video looks pretty different. The unique point-of-view perspective is the first of its kind for a country video. We are so proud and wanted to be sure you knew the inside story!

    We shot the first half of the video at a lumberyard here in Nashville. It reminded us of the one some of us used to work at, so it made the day that much more heartfelt.

    The "Something Better" music video is inching closer and closer!  On Tuesday, April 19th the world premiere of the Wes Edwards directed video will be coming your way, but to get you through this last week here is something special just for you.  Get all the gritty details from Matt and Jeff as they talk about the concept of the video, introduce some of the characters and tell the story of a little work-place accident that occurred during the shoot. Don't worry, only one bone was broken in the process!

    Hey everybody!!! Just wanted to send a little message out and tell y'all we can't wait for the warm weather and to come play wherever you are real soon. Our schedule is filling up more everyday and there are alot of cool shows on the horizon. So check out our show dates to stay in touch. If were not playing your town let us know and we'll hopefully be playing somewhere close to ya!!! Anyways, it was a pretty big week for the band because "Something Better" charted at #50, baby!!!     Recently, The Dirt Drifters stopped by US 99.5 in Chicago to give them a sneak peek at the new record and play some songs.  Check out a quick video from the performance here. For all you Chicago fans, the guys will be heading to Joe's Bar for a show on June 24th!  More details to come.  Who's coming out to do it in the dirt?

    8 Days With The Dirt Drifters!

    Well, I'm not sure where to start, but here I go. It's Monday and I'm still trying to get back to normal while I'm home the next 4 days. Last week was a busy week. We started off flying from Nashville to Madison, WI where we had a 3 1/2 hour layover in Minneapolis and we almost missed it cause we’re idiots!! When we finally got to Madison there were protesters everywhere at the capitol, some of them were even sleeping out on the capitol lawn at night and it was freezing. While we were walking back to our hotel Matt and Nick got in on the action and picked up some signs and got in the mix.
